Project engineering and EPC services
EPC services — design, procurement, construction management and commissioning, across the full project lifecycle.
Project Engineering
Our qualified engineers provide comprehensive services covering the full project lifecycle, structured around two complementary streams: core engineering services and acceleration engineering.
Every project is executed through a structured framework drawing on international best practice, with electronic drafting and full 3D CAD design capability.

Six stages from enquiry to commissioning
- 01
Enquiry & Requirements
Client scope, specifications and applicable standards reviewed thoroughly. Requirements register compiled and all ambiguities resolved before proceeding.
- 02
Design Development
Technical proposal including calculations, material specs, fabrication method, inspection plan and project schedule — prepared using current CAD and 3D modelling tools.
- 03
Procurement
Materials sourced from pre-qualified suppliers with full mill test certificates and material traceability. Delivery schedules aligned with the production plan.
- 04
Fabrication & QC
Fabrication per approved documents and quality control plan. In-process inspections at defined hold points; all welding by qualified welders using approved procedures.
- 05
Testing & Inspection
Hydrostatic, NDT, dimensional and functional tests completed before release. Third-party inspection facilitated where required.
- 06
Delivery & Commissioning
Equipment packaged and dispatched with full documentation. Field team available for installation, commissioning and operator training on site.
